🔁 Return and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your order without any reason.

After canceling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once the return process is completed and the product reaches us, the order amount will be refunded to you.

💰 Refund

After your return is approved, the amount you paid will be refunded to you within 14 days.

The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and if possible, in its original packaging.

📦 Return Shipping Cost

The shipping costs incurred to send the product back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

❗ Non-Returnable Products

Unfortunately, products that are custom-made or printed by us on our site cannot be canceled or returned.

For example:

• Printed mugs
• Printed textile products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

Since these products are custom-made, they are not covered by the legal right of withdrawal.
